It’ll be the perfect\nspot to try out something new\, take part in exciting\nworkshops\, or just hang out with your friends. 11:00 -\n12:15 I Mindful Morning Moment: Qi Gong with Alessio\nPorcelli Take an early Wednesday lunchtime Qi Gong session\nwith Alessio Porcelli. This Chinese form of mindful movement\nis often confused with tai chi. But whereas tai chi is based\non martial arts\, qi gong is a form of rest in movement\nintended to support your physical and mental health and\nchannel your emotions.   Age: all ages. Participation is\nfree\, but registration is advised.   14:00 - 15:15 I\nPercussion workshop with Metx and Urban Center Brussels In\ncollaboration with MetX and Urban Center Brussels we have\norganised a percussion workshop for young people. Expect an\nawesome combination of rhythm and music.   Age: 6 to 15\nyears. Participation is free\, but registration is\nadvised.   14:00 - 15:15 I Breaking workshop with Metx\nand Urban Center Brussels In collaboration with MetX and\nUrban Center Brussels we have organised a breaking workshop\nfor young people. Expect rhythm and movement!   Age: 6 to\n15 years. Participation is free\, but registration is\nadvised.   15:30 - 16:00 I Performance by Fanfakids with\nMetx & Urban Center Brussels An epic performance by the\ninternational ambassadors of the kids of Brussels: the\nFanfakids! The group is a mixture of children and teenagers\ngrowing up in the Marollen district and surrounding area.\nThey take inspiration from the metropolitan musical genres\nthey encounter in Brussels. Young breakers enthusiastically\nturn rhythms into wild moves. Age: all ages. Participation\nis free\, no registration.
