DESCRIPTION:For this sold out concert an exchange desk will be opened\nbetween 7pm and 8pm. The purpose is to bring people with\nspare tickets and people who are looking for tickets in\ncontact with each other. So if you want to get rid of\ntickets of on the contrary are looking for tickets\, do not\nsell and buy on the street\, but check with the exchange\ndesk between 7pm and 8pm.         Band of Horses made an\nimpressive first impression in 2007 with their second album\n‘Cease To Begin’ (Sub Pop). Especially the single ‘Is\nThere A Ghost’ played a very important role in that.\nFollow-up album ‘Infinite Arms’ was released upon the\nworld in May this year\, this time via larger label Columbia\nrecords. Again an album that smacks of desolate highways and\nmanages to convert the lonely life on the edge of American\nsociety into breathlessly beautiful music. ‘Infinite\nArms’ was also finally their well-earned breakthrough to a\nBelgian audience. Their concert in the Botanique was sold\nout in no time and at Pukkelpop too they converted many\ndubious folks into super-fans. Time to meet the challenge of\nthe AB's Main Stage and that will take place on Thursday\n24 February.    Support-act will be Australian Mike Noga\nwith his band The Gents. Mike Noga is noted in our address\nbook under D for The Drones\, the band in which he is active\nas drummer. The Drones operate on the best of Neil Young\,\nGreen On Red\, The Birthday Party and Bob Dylan and those\ninfluences are of course also applicable in his solo-project\nwith The Gents.
