DESCRIPTION:Arsenal is currently applying the finishing touches to a new\nalbum that will be released in April 2011. It will be the\nsuccessor to the extremely successful ‘Lotuk’ which was\nunanimously well-received by press and public. In the\nmeantime\, the album has now achieved gold and everyone\nsings along to singles like ‘Lotuk’ and ‘Estupendo’.\nTheir previous visit to the AB resulted in 2 concerts that\nwere sold out in no time and\, what's more\, guaranteed\na real party.Arsenal is the band surrounding Hendrik\nWillemyns and John Roan. They appeared on the AB's radar\nin 2001 and\, armed with their 12" ‘A Volta’\, they\ncame to play a Late Night after Basement Jaxx. Arsenal has\nestablished itself as a success story over the last 10\nyears\, with debut ‘Oyebo Soul’ (2003) and successor\n‘Outsides’ (2005). All the big concert halls and\nfestivals have have now had a visit from Arsenal\, with a\nstarring role set aside for singer Leonie Gysel on each\noccasion.    For the 3 sold-out concerts in April\, Arsenal\nhas invited 2 musical guests who also provided their vocal\nassistance to the new album ‘Lokemo’. Mélanie Pain -\nwho we know as one of the singers from Nouvelle Vague - and\nJohnny Whitney – one of the 2 singers from hardcore combo\nThe Blood Brothers.What's more\, accompanied by a\npianist\, Mélanie Pain will provide the support act on 21\,\n22 and 23 April. Aside from her many successes with Nouvelle\nVague\, in 2009 she released her second solo album ‘My\nName’.
