DESCRIPTION:From flirty jazz-pop to memorable ballads to insistent rock\ngrooves: singer-songwriter Bert Ostyn and cohorts yet again\nprove to be musical masters.Absynthe Minded moved to Paris\nfor a month for the recording of their fourth\, untitled\nalbum. They recorded twelve songs there\, together with\nproducer Jean Lamoot in the legendary Studio Ferber (Feist\,\nNick Cave\,…). Here in their homeland they've now\nscored a huge hit with ‘Envoi’\, an interpretation of a\npoem by Hugo Claus. The rest is history. They bagged four\nMIA’s\, including for Best Album and Best Single\, and\n‘My Heroïcs Part One’ was crowned Best Belgian Song of\nthe last 10 years on Studio Brussel. Before the crusade on\nEurope commences\, they'll be playing a limited number\nof ‘Unplugged’ concerts in Flemish theatres.
