Sultry, subtley impelling 'psychotropic' pop songs!
Gabriel Garzón-Montano! Bit of a difficult name? That’s right, with an accent on that first 'o'.
But his music goes down easily though. Or, better, it goes down like 'Sour Mango' (that recently reworked single) aside first EP 'Bishouné: Alma del Huila.'
The singer-songwriter, producer, multi-instrumentalist operates from out of Brooklyn NYC USA. He was able to tour with Lenny Kravitz and has now completed his debut CD 'Jardín ' on the Stones Throw label (via V2.)
Our young blonde god (apparently darker at the time) also dropped by Gilles Peterson (see: video) and he sounds like a must for fans of Tom Misch, Maggie Rogers, Konoba, Peter Peter, Thomas Azier... That series of subtle innovators.
