De opnames van het nagelnieuwe album ‘XIII: Feast Of Fools’ zijn klaar en in juni verschijnt er een eerste EP met daarop alvast 5 nieuwe songs. Je kan nu al één van deze songs hier beluisteren  en Jaz Coleman wist dit nog te vertellen:

Touring with Killing Joke has always been the highlight of my year over the last three decades. It has been the means by which we have been able to collectively ‘process’ the horrors of our world hurtling towards cataclysm. In the light of the fact that the magnetic North Pole has left Canadian territory and is rapidly moving towards Siberia, volcanoes and earthquakes are becoming monthly events. The biggest oil spill in the history of mankind has still not been effectively capped, not to mention the threat of nuclear confrontation or the Korean peninsula. It is glaringly obvious that Killing Joke is more relevant now that ever before. I take this opportunity to congratulate my colleagues for creating our most vital recording to date and feel thrilled and privileged to tour with the original line up at this point in time, all things considered. I look forward to seeing you all on tour. The lyrics of 'End Game' say it all... Sit back and enjoy! A three dimensional screening of the end of the world. Het album zelf komt er pas op 6 september waarmee Killing Joke zijn dertigste verjaardag viert. Het is tevens de eerste keer in 28 jaar dat de originele line-up in de studio samenwerkte. Hun Europese tournee brengt hen op dinsdag 28 september naar de AB.
