Drums Are For Parades formed in Ghent, Belgium in May 2007 by Wim Reygaert (guitar / vocals), Piet Dierickx (drums / vocals) and Geert Reygaert (guitar). Usually loud, violent and aggressive, this power-trio touches on many styles, most prominently including heavy metal, hardcore punk and noise rock, spiked with a subtle sexual groove. Live appearances are supersonic exercises in conquest by volume and sheer heaviness. They've shared the stage with bands like Saviours, Black Cobra, The Violets, Amen Ra, Hitch, Vandal X.
