Sales Conditions
vzw Ancienne Belgique asbl acts as the organisor of its own AB concerts and AB events. Ancienne Belgique also acts as a service provider with regard to ticket sales for its own AB concerts and AB events.
vzw Ancienne Belgique asbl also acts as a service provider for the organisers of events, hall hirers/event organizers, but in so doing cannot be held responsible for changes by the hall hirers/event organizers of date, location or price or for cancellation of the event.
Tickets can only be reimbursed or exchanged if the event is cancelled. The tickets are reimbursed at the point of sale where they were purchased. If you bought tickets directly from AB, you must send them within two weeks of the date of the event to Ancienne Belgique vzw, Anspachlaan 110, 1000 Brussel stating your name, address, bank account number and the name of the event. Booking fees and shipping costs cannot be reclaimed.
To combat misuse, tickets which have been lost must be reported the day BEFORE the concert in question - at the very latest - by e-mail (info@abconcerts.be).
After receipt of the payment of the amount shown on the request for payment, Ancienne Belgique shall send out the tickets.
If the time available is too short to send out the tickets, there is the possibility of collecting your tickets at the ticket office at the hall on the evening of the performance or event. Any uncollected tickets on the day of the performance or the event will be considered sold and will not be refunded.
The booking offer is valid on condition that the payment period mentioned is respected. This period will be very strictly applied if an event, is nearly sold-out. vzw Ancienne Belgique asbl has the right to cancel this offer if the payment period is not respected.
A person or company which makes the reservation is considered as the principal, and is bound to pay for the order, even if this has to be ordered from a third party and forwarded.
Our products, including tickets and merchandising material, remain our exclusive property, both intellectual and physical. As a result, any reprinting or copying in any form whatever and using any process whatever is strictly prohibited. It is prohibited to supply tickets to third parties for commercial reasons. In the event that the tickets weren't obtained via the official sales channels, then the Ancienne Belgique vzw reserves the right to refuse entry.
There is no reneging condition for online ticket sales. The tickets bought online via www.abconcerts.be for concerts in the AB cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the event of cancellation or postponement of the event.
All VAT and other taxes are payable by the purchaser.
In accordance with the legal provisions, vzw Ancienne Belgique asbl is allowed to record your addresses in the database of vzw Ancienne Belgique asbl. This data may be passed on to third parties, but you may refuse this by contacting our customer service (vzw Ancienne Belgique asbl, Dienst Promotie, Bd. Anspachlaan 110,1000 Brussels). You always have a right of inspection and correction, and for additional information you can consult the public register.
Tickets are not transferrable. Those buying tickets for AB must refrain from selling tickets at usurious prices and must ensure that any new bearers of the tickets will also refrain from selling the tickets at usurious prices. A usurious price is any price above the official selling price set by the AB. The AB is entitled to check the identity of buyers of multiple tickets against the identities of sellers of already-sold tickets to third parties. If sold tickets are offered for sale at usurious prices, the AB is entitled to refuse the bearer of the tickets admission to the concert, to refuse to sell further tickets to the original buyer and to refuse the original buyer admission to the AB. Furthermore, the original buyer will indemnify AB against claims by third parties who have been refused entry to the AB because they possess tickets sold at usurious prices. Third party recipients of this ticket accept the conditions above by submitting this ticket at the entrance, regardless of whether it was obtained in good or bad faith.
The courts of the Brussels legal district shall have sole jurisdiction to settle any disputes. Belgian law shall apply.
Customers acknowledge that they have read and accept these general terms and conditions before paying for their reservations.
