Order your tickets online:
- You can order tickets for concerts in the AB via the AB-website, as long as these tickets are still available.
- You can pay online with a credit card, bancontact, Dexia netbanking or with a bank transfer. If you chose to make a bank transfer, you are not able to make reservations for concerts that will take place within the next 4 working days nor if you are not from Belgium.
- Choose the desired concert from the concert list and then click on Tickets.
- In Step 1 of the purchase procedure you chose the number of tickets for the event concerned. You can determine the number by using the + or - field.
- If you are younger than 25 and have an Axion bank account with Dexia then you receive, per concert, a discount of 20% on 1 ticket per Axion account. In order to benefit from the Axion discount you need to pay via your Axion account, for each selected ticket you enter a valid Axion bank account number.
- After indicating the number of tickets, click on 'Add'.
- You now arrive at Step 2, an overview of the Shopping Basket contents. From this screen you can add an extra concert by clicking on 'Add Concert'. You can also order drink tokens from this screen so that you don't have to queue at the token counter on the night of the concert. You add drink tokens to your order by clicking on 'also order drink tokens' and in the screen 'Product Overview' choosing the desired number next to the correct token-voucher, then click on 'Add'. In the following screen you can still make adjustments or confirm the addition to the shopping basket by clicking on 'Add'. If you should want to discard your token-voucher, then you can use the 'back' button on your web-browser.
- With a registered delivery, in the event the delivery is lost, the client is insured for the reimbursement of the ticket price or replacement of the ticket. A registered delivery costs €4 per sent reservation in addition to the normal mailing cost of €1. You can request a registered delivery from the Shopping Basket screen by clicking 'click here' at the bottom of the screen - near the explanation about the registered delivery. From the Product Overview you then chose the registered delivery, click 2x on 'Add' and the registered delivery is added to your shopping basket. You only need one registered delivery per reservation.
- Once you are satisfied with the contents of your Shopping Basket then you can proceed to Step 3 by clicking 'go to the cash register'.
- Step 3: if you are already registered and you know your e-mail address and the associated password then you only need to enter your e-mail address and password in order to register your details. If all your details are correct, you then chose a method of payment. If you've forgotten your password, you can request it by selecting the 'forgot password' link. Attention! The login that you use to order tickets (Ticketing Account) is not the same as the login you use for your AB-profile.
- If you are ordering tickets from the AB on the website for the first time then fill in all your correct details at Step 3. It is important to include your e-mail address. The confirmation of your booking will be sent to this address and also a bank transfer form in the event you have chosen this method of payment.
- If you chose to make an online payment then you will be directed to a secure website where you can carry out your payment by clicking on the logo for your chosen method. You complete all the necessary fields and confirm the payment.
- After finalising the reservation you will receive an e-mail of confirmation.
- It is not possible to pay with Cultuurwaardebonnen (Culture Cheques), AB Concert Cheques or the Culture Cheques from Sodexho or Accor via de AB website. These are only accepted at the ABTicket Shop or at the ticket counter on the evenings that a concert is not sold-out. AB Concert Cheques can also be used as payment in all Belgian branches of FNAC.
- Your tickets will be sent to you by post up until 4 days before the concert. For a normal delivery you pay €1, for a registered delivery you pay 4€ extra.
- The terms of payment are 3 working days following the receipt of the bank transfer form or e-mail. If your payment is received more than 3 days later then your ticket is no longer guaranteed. Payments that are not deposited on the Ancienne Belgique's bank account on time, give no entitlement to a ticket on the night of a concert.
!Tickets are non-transferable, except via AB’s ticket exchange system (to be found in the concert pages). Ticket buyers will abstain from selling tickets at usurious prices and/or a price that is higher than the presale price. When sold tickets should be on sale at usurious prices and/or a price higher than the presale price, AB can deny the ticket holder access to the concert.
