Wat een lekker lange set vol gedreven schoonheid en een wonderbaarlijk ensemblegeluid: ik was bij momenten zelfs niet op de piano aan het letten, terwijl de stem van Wim eindelijk ook leuk cascadeerde doorheen de remarkabele composities en de strijkers + de trompet glansvol laag op laag lagen te plegen (en elkaar te plagen). Uiteraard had de 1ste viool een glansrol, maar wat Tatiana deed met haar Stradivarius was ook zondermeer ultra nec plus (sic). Alles zo gedetailleerd en nooit overdadig. A point, ik bedoel à point! En wie zot is van bvb Jonsi is hopelijk ook klaar om de overstap te maken naar die zoveel meer interessante excentriekelingelingelinge minimal met meerwaarde van meester Wim Mertens.

génial....il ne manquait peut-être qu'une voix...mais très puissantes montées des cordes par moment ...et aussi coup de chapeau à la violoniste ,pleine d'énergie ' d'expression et de talent

Clarisse 4 ans1/2 a adoré le jeux des violons, elle aurait voulu saluer Wim, mais endormie à la fin de la représentation. Soirée mémorable, pour nous 3, chair de poule pour Wound to wound.
