tijdens het concert riep de schoonste vrouw van de zaal in een onnavolgbaar noord-kempens accent in mijn oor " tis wel heeel vet hé! "....dat vat de avond goed samen lijkt me.

Schitterend concert ! Samen met Elbow en Sigur Rós een van de hoogtepunten van het jaar.Ieder nummer was een boeiende muzikale trip die mij telkens weer kippevel bezorgde.Nooit gedacht dat Mercury Rev zo'n sterke live act was ! Indrukwekkend ! Met zijn prettig gestoorde podiumprésence verkeerde Jonathan blijkbaar in hogere sferen.Dit zal nog een paar dagen nazinderen ! Please,come back !

De laatste keer in het Koninklijk Circus vond ik het net iets beter maar het was zeker 'weeral' magisch.

Le concert le plus attendu pour moi depuis bien 3 ans.. Mercury Rev dans une salle comme l'AB! J'espère qu'ils joueront quand même quelques anciennes chansons comme "nite and fog" ou encore "my love".. :)

de visuals pasten op pukkelpop ook zo mooi bij de muziek. het was allemaal zo dromerig en Jonathan Donahue was net een psychedelisch vogeltje. dat gaat vonken geven de 24ste.
