Living Legend Lou Reed serves favourites and hits!

“Favourites and hits!” answers Lou Reed to the question of what will be on the setlist for his nearing European tour. It has gained the name ‘From VU to Lulu’. So you can expect a classic Lou Reed-set with songs that span his entire career. From the legendary period of The Velvet Underground, from the '60's, to material from his classic albums of the '70's, such as ‘Transformer’ and ‘Berlin’. What should we think about the songs from his masterpiece ‘New York’ (one of our favourites), from the late '80's? We're secretly hoping to hear classics from the '90's albums too, like ‘Magic And Loss’ and of course 'Songs For Drella’ (his fraternization with John Cale),…
One thing is sure: there are more than enough classics to fill a sensational setlist that will exude music history. Just as we're also sure that this is the perfect opportunity to see Lou Reed perform right in front of your nose in a ‘small hall’ like AB.
Support-act will be Joan Wasser aka Joan as Police Woman. Joan has already appeared in the AB, in ‘07 and ’08 respectively.
