For this sold out concert an exchange desk will be opened between 7pm and 8pm. The purpose is to bring people with spare tickets and people who are looking for tickets in contact with each other. So if you want to get rid of tickets of on the contrary are looking for tickets, do not sell and buy on the street, but check with the exchange desk between 7pm and 8pm.

 

Hurts is the British duo Theo Hutchcraft and Adam Anderson, from Manchester. Hurts is downright addictive for those who would like to once again feast upon the heyday of stylish British electro-pop (Pet Shop Boys, OMD, Heaven 17, Ultravox). But don't be mistaken: Hurts possesses the desirable ability to write exceedingly strong songs. Singles ‘Wonderful Life’ and ‘Better Than Love’ are the irrefutable proof of that. Moreover, the gents scrub up nicely in impeccable suits and they're able to give their songs just as much misanthropic drama as their stage presence would suggest. Their album ‘Happiness’ is now finally in stores and is the business card of a band with plenty of potential. Those who were unable to get hold of tickets for the already sold-out concert in the Botanique on 30/10 now get a second chance in the AB on Tuesday 1 March 2011.

Het concert was af. Mooi glad, net als de elektropop destijds. Pure nostalgie. Prachtige stem ook. Hopelijk laten ze Werchter in de Marquee ontploffen. Alleen spijtig dat het zo vroeg afgelopen was.
