De Kreuners haven't been sitting still since their exceptionally successful tour of ‘08, with a golden album for their triple collector ‘30’ and, on top of that, three sold-out shows in the Lotto-Arena as bonus. In the course of '09, in rehearsal rooms and demo-studios, they've been working hard on new songs. In 2010 that will result in a number of new singles and a new album (title: tbc), now their fourteenth.

They'll be starting their new summer tour, with an exceptional amount of enthusiasm, in May. Walter Grootaers, Ben Crabbe, Jan Van Eyken, Axl Peleman and Erik Wauters won't be leaving the stage until each festival, hall or party venue has been transformed into a swinging celebration by the best of their immense repertoire. De Kreuners know Flanders and Flanders knows De Kreuners: from ‘Nee Oh Nee’, via ‘Chris Lomme’ to ‘Ik Wil Je’: ‘The true soul of Flanders’ (according to fan and Flemish Prime Minister Kris Peeters) will provide much sing-along pleasure and excitement in 2010 too.
