Jasper Erkens is a gifted singer-songwriter from Diest, Belgium. Although he's only 15, his voice reminds you of great singer-songwriters such as Nick Drake and Bert Jansch. At the age of 11, he got his first guitar as a gift from his folks and about two years later his first songs were conceived. 2007 has been a great year for Jasper, as he was asked to be the support act of well known Belgian artists, such as singer-songwriter Anton Walgrave, Ronny Mosuse and Adele.

Voor wie al een voorsmaakje wil van het concert van Jasper Erkens kan op 13 februari terecht in 4AD Diksmuide, alwaar hij support is van Spinvis. Enkele dagen na het concert zal je ook een stuk live captatie kunnen zien op onze website > www.4ad.be !
