Laid-back & catchy hit brigade!
You know Milky Chance from the rather languid Stolen Dance – now a 65+er on YouTube too, as in: seen and heard more than 65 million (!) times!
From their self-produced debut CD Sadnecessary (here via Pias), Down By The River is to be the next single, but believe you me: the entire album is seductively laid-back, catchy reggae-pop with electro-influences.
Or over to Moustique for a moment, in relation to the Eurosonic festival early this year: 'Pourquoi on aime?
But, what's more, also tasty stuff for fans of eg: Asaf Avidan, Lily Wood & The Prick... that subtle, driving department.
And for those who really want to know: Milky Chance is mainly a German duo consisting of DJ Philipp Dausch and singer-guitarist Clement Rehbein. Finally, they serve their crème de la crème, intoxicating cocktail in the hall of the AB too!
