No other sponsor has been active in the cycle racing circuit as long as Lotto. 2009 was the 25th year that Lotto was chief sponsor of a professional cycling team. Especially for this anniversary, the most important Dutch language cycle-poet and also city-poet of Ninove, Willie Verhegghe, will present his latest collection of poems in the AB Café, on Friday 12 March.

This event is combined with the opening of a mini-exhibition containing a number of fantastic cycling photos on canvas. The National Lottery last year assigned top German photographer Tino Pohlmann to follow the Tour of Flanders, Paris-Roubaix and the Tour de France, in order to capture a number of images for Lotto's ‘No balls no glory’ campaign. This resulted in a limited collection of impressive cycling photos. We selected the finest and will exhibit them in the AB Resto.
